Foshan Grand Flat

This project is located in Foshan, a high-end grand flat private residence tailored for urban elites. With "Light Weaves Lingnan, Heart Returns to Contemporary" as the core, the lighting design integrates the gentle elegance of Lingnan culture with modern minimalist aesthetics, creating an ideal residence featuring both ritualistic appeal and comfort.

I. Design Concept

• Symbiosis of Locality and Contemporaneity: Extracting the transparent and gentle characteristics of Lingnan architecture, the design interprets traditional spatial imagery through light and shadow, revitalizing local culture in contemporary life.

• Light Follows Movement, Scene Adaptation: Centered on diverse living scenarios such as family socializing, solitary relaxation, and parent-child interaction, a switchable intelligent lighting system is created to make light and shadow a gentle annotation of life rhythm.

• Dialogue Between Material and Light: Precise light angles highlight the texture and temperature of materials including stone, woodwork, and fabric, endowing the space with richer tactility and layers.

II. Lighting Design Highlights (Based on Actual Images)

• Public Area: Adopting a main-lamp-free design, linear light strips outline spatial contours, paired with anti-glare spotlights to highlight artistic displays, creating an open, transparent and artistically welcoming atmosphere.

• Combined Kitchen & Dining Area: Dominated by 3000K warm light, downlights accurately illuminate the dining table, while indirect lighting sets off the space, allowing food and emotions to blend naturally in warm radiance.

• Bedroom & Study: Featuring 2700K low-color-temperature indirect lighting with adjustable reading lamps, creating a quiet and focused private space that meets dual demands of relaxation and work.

• Intelligent Control: The intelligent system enables one-click scene switching and stepless brightness adjustment, allowing residents to easily control light and shadow, enhancing convenience and quality of life.
